Q. Why have a Videographer to record our wedding day? A. Video provides you with the sights and sounds that a photograph cannot. We recommend that you have both a videographer and a photographer.
Q. Will you be discreet on the day of the wedding? A. Yes, as experienced videographers we will blend into the background and conduct ourselves with absolute professionalism and discretion. It is our job to record your magical day not to interrupt it.
Q. What type of attire do your videographers wear?
Q. I know someone with a camcorder, why not get them to record my wedding? A. Although this is possible, you may not be satisfied with the results. Our videographers are fully trained and accomplished professionals with many years experience.
Q. Do you have insurance and do you carry backup equipment? A. Yes, we are full insured and yes, we always carry backup equipment. Q. Do we need to meet before the wedding? A. When couples are engaging the services of Marbella Video Productions Spain through a wedding planner we are sometimes asked to meet with the couple, this depends on the individual wedding planner.
Q. What type of equipment do you use? A. Our videographers use the latest HD (High-Definition) broadcasting cameras and Sennheiser wireless microphones for the maximum audio possible.
Q. Will you record my wedding in 16:9 (Widescreen)? A. Yes, Conventional 4:3 TV's are being phased out, and most retail outlets are only selling widescreen TV's. It's for that reason that we always record weddings in 16:9 (Widescreen) unless otherwise stated.
Q. Do you use blinding bright lights? A. No, although we may need to use a small light with a diffusing filter during the first dance, this depends on the lighting conditions of the function room where the first dance is being performed.
Q. Can I choose my own music for the DVD? A. Yes, in fact we ask that you to provide us with a list of 7-10 titles and artists in order of preference.
Q. How long will the DVD run for? A. It depends on a number of things, the package you have chosen, the number of guests, the length of time spent on the speeches etc. On average a wedding DVD will range between 1-2 hours in length.
Q. How many DVD's do we get? A. Silver Wedding Film – Six Hour Package, includes 3 DVD's - Golden Wedding Film-: Eight Hour Package includes 4 DVD's. Additional DVD's are available for purchase.
Q. Does our DVD's include personalised menu's and chapters/scene selection? A. Yes, all DVD's have personalised menu's and chapters.
Q. How long does it take before we receive our wedding DVD? A. Depending on the time of year you get married, delivery of DVD's can range from five weeks (during off peak season) to a maximum of twelve weeks (during peak season).
Q. Do we need to pay a deposit? A. Yes, a booking deposit of €300.00 must be paid to secure your wedding video.
Q. When do we pay the balance? A. The balance must be paid in full before your wedding day.
Q. How should we pay you? A. Payments can be made by bank transfer, bank draft or cash, payments in euros only.
